We had a brilliant campervan holiday using Wee Coo. The van was great and in excellent condition. Not possible to fault anything about this company. Absolutely outstanding customer service – we couldn't have asked for more! This was our very first trip in a VW campervan, and the whole team at Wee Coo Campers made the experience completely stress-free from start to finish. A special thank you to Patrick, who made the booking process feel human. Instead of feeling like just another online reservation, he was approachable, helpful and always happy to answer our questions. His support throughout the booking process was genuinely appreciated and made us feel valued before we'd even collected the campervan. When we arrived, Jason took over and was absolutely fantastic. His handover was incredibly thorough, and he took the time to explain everything clearly without making us feel rushed. Most importantly, he really put us at ease about driving the campervan. His instructions were excellent, and within minutes we felt confident and excited rather than nervous. On our first night, I couldn't get the electricity working. I messaged Jason, and he talked me through everything straight away. As it turned out, it was entirely my mistake—I hadn't plugged the hookup cable in properly while trying to inflate the air beds for my mum's tent! Nothing was too much trouble, and he couldn't have been more patient or reassuring. Knowing Jason was available 24/7 for any question, however big or small, gave us so much confidence throughout our trip. That level of support made a huge difference, especially as first-time campervan users. The campervan itself was fantastic, and thanks to Patrick and Jason we had an amazing family adventure. We enjoyed it so much that we'll definitely be back again and again. Next time we'll be booking directly with Wee Coo Campers, as their own booking system is much easier to use than going through a third-party company. I genuinely couldn't recommend Wee Coo Campers more highly. If you're thinking about hiring a campervan, don't hesitate—you'll receive the very best customer service from people who genuinely care that you have a brilliant trip. A million percent recommended! We found Wee Coo Campers through a comparison site for campervans and had the best time. It was super simple and easy to pick the van up, the person who sorted the van (Sorry I can't remember your name) was an absolute angel. Explained everything to us, gave us lot's of tips and even dropped us to the station so we didn't have to order a taxi. An absolute gent! The van itself was stunning and we had an amazing time, so much so we are now on the lookout to buy a van. Worth every penny!!! We hired Bettie at the weekend to support a friend doing The West Highland Way ultra race. It was equipped with everything you need to travel comfortably through Scotland! Jason was brilliant to deal with and extremely informative on how everything operates and where everything is located within the vehicle. My partner and I used Wee Coo Campers for a long weekend trip to GlenCoe and Isle of Skye, and we couldn't have been happier with the experience. We hired the Volkswagen California camper, which was in fantastic condition. It was modern, spotless, and very well maintained. The customer service from Jason was absolutely 10/10. He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was straightforward and stress-free.
